A replacement to the X2 Hood latch, Instead of a very weak and delicate ball and spring combination in the OEM X2 hood latch. We designed the new latch to use Milspec AR bolt release spring and plunger. This also means in the future if there was ever to be a failure the latch uses off the shelf parts. Its also very simple to assemble.
